revenue tool for climbing gyms

Your members quit quietly.
reach catches them on the way out.

Expiring memberships, dying punch cards, first-timers who never came back. reach watches your CRM and sends the WhatsApp your front desk never has time to send. Then it shows you the euros it brought back.

Works with Arbox or any gym CRM · WhatsApp native · your language · pays for itself, or it's free

the silent leak

Nobody announces they're quitting. They just stop coming.

A membership lapses, a punch card hits zero, a card payment fails. In most gyms, nothing happens next. Not because anyone decided to let them go. Because chasing lapsed members is a job nobody owns, and the front desk has forty other things to do.

Your gym's real numbers go here. That's the first thing reach shows you after connecting: your actual leak, from your actual CRM data. No estimates.

how it works

Plugs into your CRM. Runs by itself. Reports in euros.

Connect your CRM

One API key from the system you already run: Arbox, Mindbody, Rock Gym Pro or whatever your front desk lives in. reach syncs members, plans, expiry dates and punch balances every night. Nothing to migrate, nothing to replace.

The plays run themselves

Pre-approved WhatsApp templates, in your gym's language and name. Renewal saves, punch card refills, win-backs. Every member gets one respectful nudge, never spam, opt-out always honored.

Watch the money return

Every recovered member is attributed and counted: who got the message, who came back, what their renewal was worth. One number, in euros, on one screen.

questions owners ask

Fair questions.

Does it replace my CRM?
No. Your CRM stays the system of record for scheduling, billing and check-ins. reach reads from it and adds a layer it doesn't have: WhatsApp that runs itself and revenue attribution. If you leave reach, nothing in your gym breaks.
What do members actually receive?
One short, personal WhatsApp from your gym's name at the moment it matters: a week before their membership ends, when their punch card runs low, or after they've gone quiet. One nudge per situation, with a renewal link. Anyone who replies "stop" never hears from the system again.
Won't members find it spammy?
A reminder that your membership ends Friday is a favor, not spam. Members forget; that's the whole leak. Messages are capped, cooldowns are enforced, and opt-outs are permanent. Your gym's reputation is the asset here, and the system is built around protecting it.
How do you count a "recovered" member?
Strictly: a member who received a reach message and renewed within 14 days. Renewals that happen with no message sent are never counted. The guarantee is measured on this same number, so it has to be honest.
What does setup need from me?
About 30 minutes: an API key from your CRM account settings, a quick pass on the message templates so they sound like your gym, and a signed one-pager confirming we can message your members on your behalf. Everything else is done for you.
the route ahead

One rail. New plays every season.

The pilot starts where revenue is easiest to prove. Everything after rides the same WhatsApp rail, and you only switch on what fits your gym.

later

League & event fills

Leagues are the strongest retention tool a gym has. reach fills them with RSVPs, not posters.

later

Quiet-hours offers & the parents' rail

Fill dead mornings with the right members, and give kids' classes a calm channel for cancellations, make-ups and renewals.

last thing

Every month without it, the leak runs.

The pilot spot goes to one gym. If the math above made you wince, it should probably be yours.
